WHAT IS HYPNOSIS?

Hypnosis is NOT a state of unconsciousness…………….....  You CAN hear and remember.

There is NO surrender of will or autonomy…………….. You CAN terminate the trance at will.

The hypnotist does NOT control the client….......…  ALL HYPNOSIS IS SELF-HYPNOSIS.

You will NOT reveal “state secrets” while in the hypnotic state…..........…YOU are in control.

Hypnosis is NOT a cure-all, nor an instant “cure”…........ Repetition makes a BIG difference.

IS THERE SOMETHING ABOUT YOURSELF THAT YOU WOULD LIKE TO CHANGE?

Hypnosis can help you achieve your goals.

                                 Faster than psychotherapy.

And without all the damaging side-effects of drugs.

MORE INFO ON HYPNOSIS:

Hypnosis is a highly focused state of attention in which one is able to access a wealth of unconscious resources for self-growth and change.

Hypnosis allows you to focus single-mindedly on what is immediately relevant to your life or what might be unresolved from the past.

The trance state is actually a natural phenomenon, sometimes occurring spontaneously. As an example: finding oneself immersed in a compelling daydream and then discovering a new solution to an old problem. Trance states also occur when one becomes absorbed in a book, music, artistic creation, or an intense conversation with another person.

It is a form of deep relaxation and focused awareness.  Creating individually-tailored inductions, and speaking in a soothing tone of voice, the hypnotist's role is to assist in the process of inducing the hypnotic state in a receptive individual. Most people describe the experience of hypnosis as very pleasant. The client can terminate the hypnotic trance at any point in the process.

"…to put it succinctly, hypnosis is an altered state of attention                             which approaches peak concentration capacity.”  H. Spiegel, M.D.

Hypnosis allows you to contact the subconscious mind in an effort to alter your  thinking, beliefs, and behaviors, and thereby manifest your desires and potential.

Hypnosis can be used to work-through, and help resolve, lingering psychological issues

The use of hypnosis can help a person to “let go” of the pain of previous losses, abuses, and bereavement; reframe old issues and unlearn old lessons; and increase positive attitudes and self-affirming behaviors.
